Lokkai is a Tokyo-based brand specializing in creating & selling custom camera straps for photographers & enthusiasts. The concept pushed in the interface design was to focus the user’s attention on the form & the skin of each camera strap. Each strap pattern had to feel as intimate as possible on screen. With such exclusive, handmade apparel, the only way saw fit was to have the patterns take the lead in user’s browsing & shopping experience online.
